Drew Bailey
Director of Tourism and Communications

Drew Bailey is the Managing Director of Tourism and Business Development for The Town of Little Elm. In her current role, she oversees Tourism, Special Events, Marketing, Lakefront Merchant Association, and Business Development.

Drew is passionate about attracting people to Little Elm and showcasing ‘The Town with the Lake Attitude,’ emphasizing the unique amenities that make our Lakefront District truly special. Whether it’s a community or regional event, you’ll find Drew sporting her “Event Staff” shirt, actively working alongside her team. She values the hard work of the Special Events Team and recognizes how each event contributes to building core memories and traditions for individuals and families.

Dustin Dauzat
Tourism and Special Events Manager

Dustin Dauzat is the Tourism and Special Events Manager for the Town of Little Elm. In this role, he oversees the planning and execution of major festivals, signature events, and tourism-focused initiatives that highlight Little Elm’s lake-centered identity.

With a heart for community and a head for logistics, Dustin is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together, drive regional tourism, and build lasting memories. He works alongside partners and team members to thoughtfully shape events that reflect the vibrant spirit of Little Elm, with a focus on connection, creativity, and community impact. You’ll often find him behind the scenes or in the heart of the action, making sure every detail is just right.

Ellie Peters is the Special Events Supervisor for The Town of Little Elm. Ellie says, “Being a part of planning events where people make memories that will last forever is my favorite thing to do.” Ellie loves to bring the community in Little Elm to life through all kinds of events. Whether it’s organizing large-scale events, intimate community gatherings, or seasonal celebrations, Ellie is dedicated to making Little Elm a vibrant and welcoming place for everyone!
