Welcome to The Lawn at The Lakefront™—Little Elm’s newest park. This two-acre park is located in The Lakefront District™, the Town’s destination district full of restaurants, retail, and recreation amenities. The Lawn™ will provide a space for the community to gather for events, specialty programming, and more. See a complete list of The Lawn’s™ policies below.
Coolers
- Coolers with non-alcoholic beverages are permitted
- No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted
- Alcohol must be purchased from a Lakefront business
- No glass is permitted
Furniture and Lawn Chairs
- Lawn chairs are permitted on the turf

Furniture and equipment with sharp or jagged edges are not to be placed on the turf
- Unauthorized tents and canopies are not permitted
Pets
- No pets are allowed on the turf
Smoking Policy

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted at The Lawn™
Sports
- Unauthorized organized sports or events are not permitted
- Tossing, kicking balls, or the use of frisbees during concerts and events is not permitted
Cost of Events and Programming
- Most events and programming at The Lawn™ will be free of charge
- If there is a cost associated with an event or program, it will be listed on the event page with a link to purchase tickets
Weather Policy
- The Lawn™ is an outdoor venue and allows guests to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. If we encounter bad weather (lightning, severe wind storms, etc.) we will either postpone or cancel any scheduled events. All cancellations will be posted on our social media pages as well as our website
