Exciting things are coming to the Town of Little Elm! Here’s just a few of the new businesses that we’re excited about.

The Palladium Little Elm development highlights a commercial/retail building consisting of 6,000 square feet at the corner of Main Street and Eldorado Parkway. The two-story building is designed to host retail and a restaurant to join Hula Hut, Towers Tap House, and Hydrous in the rapidly growing Lakefront area of Little Elm. Palladium Little Elm will also consist of a 242-unit apartment urban living community located on the remaining seven acres of the site. Palladium communities are developed to be luxurious and amenity-rich, designed with a resort-style feel. Specific project amenities include a swimming pool with spa and clubhouse, as well as a public pocket park and outdoor seating/kitchen area.

Fuzzy Taco Shop

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is making its way to Little Elm! Located on Eldorado in the same shopping center as La Azteca, this restaurant is planned as their largest yet! With nearly 5,000 square feet, which includes a patio, this Fuzzy's will have everything you need. These tacos aren't your normal fare- "laced with feta and Fuzzy’s sauce...Fuzzy’s is taking over stomachs and states alike." Aside from their cult-like tacos, they serve up breakfast all day, enchiladas, burritos, nachos, and of course beer and margaritas to wash everything down with.

Flix Brewhouse™

Flix Brewhouse™ is the world’s only combination first-run cinema and dine-in microbrewery, and will be approximately 38,500 square feet and feature eight auditoriums equipped with all the comforts viewers could possibly want. Viewers will enjoy unobtrusive service from the menu, as well as a dozen signature beers brewed on-premises in a state-of-the-art seven-barrel brewery, plus an additional 30 regional and local craft beers. In addition to showing the latest blockbusters, Flix Brewhouse has a wide variety of special features and events, including a Pro-Am homebrew competition, Brewmaster dinners, on-site Beer 101 brewing and tasting seminars and numerous themed classic film series and interactive experiences, including dinner comedies, sing-alongs, and Saturday morning pajama parties.
